So, let's dive into some knowledge about Project Management. 


From the definition of a project; A project is a temporary endeavor undertaken to create a unique product, service, or result!


Talking about Overcoming Planning fallacy in project management! 


Planning fallacy is simply the tendency to underestimate the amount of time it will take to complete a task, as well as the costs and risks associated with that task due to optimism bias. 


Optimism Bias is when a person/project manager/team believes that they are likely to experience a negative event.


As a project manager, you must act fast against this fallacy, so as not to make the outcome of your project flop. 


In as much that, you don't want to be slow in productivity, be very sure the time allotted for each task/milestone is more than enough. 


So as to enable your result come out well, you need to know this. You are also a project manager because you see to the affairs that happens daily in your Life with accurate planning.


I'll be glad if you implement this key knowledge by avoiding planning fallacy in carrying out your next goal.
